Q – What is the minimum quantity to qualify for FREE recycling and FREE pickup?
A – On large quantities recycling is always FREE. In addition we will also pickup your appliance for FREE in the Portland Metro area if you have 5 or more appliances to recycle at the same time (one trip)
Q – How can I get FREE pickup?
A – We will send you a rebate if the website don’t already remove the pickup fee.
We provides appliance recycling services to both residential and commercial customers. Do not let the other recycling companies export your equipment overseas to be mishandled. We focus on service and complete customer satisfaction.

What happens after you scheduled your Recycling Pickup?
- You will get an automated response email to let you know that your pickup request was successful
- The online system will notify us about your pickup request, and it will be processed in the order that it was received.
- We will be contacting you through email/phone if there are any problems/changes regarding your pick-up
- We will pick up your items on the day you’ve requested. Keep in mind that we now service the whole Portland Metropolitan and Vancouver Area. This means that we will group pick-ups together to keep prices as low as possible for our customers. For this reason it is not possible for us to accurately predict when the actual pickup will take place. However, it will typically happen on the day that you requested (excluding weekends and holidays) We will be in touch with the details, and your patience in this respect will be greatly appreciated.
- We prefer that you leave your item(s) outside on the day of pick-up for your convenience (you don’t have to be home and we don’t have to knock on your door)

- Does all the appliances have to be the same type?

No the appliances does not all have to be the same type, in other words you still qualify for free recycling and free pickup if you have 5 items which could be any combination such as 1 stove, 1 dishwasher, 2 microwaves, 1 washing machine etc.

You can get FREE Recycling if you recycle 2 items (depending on the item).
Keep in mind that some items we already recycling for free, paid items will be discounted, the more you recycle the less you pay.
The easiest is the just go through Steps 1 to 4. The discount (up to 100%) will be automatically applied.

We recycle many items for free but some items are costly to recycle therefore we have to charge a small fee. But if you have large quantities we will recycle them for free.
